What are the terms and conditions for using Pinball Huis's website and services?

By accessing or using the Pinball Huis's website and services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined on the website. These include using the website and services for lawful purposes, acknowledging Pinball Huis's intellectual property rights, and accepting the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability.

What happens if the pinball machine doesn't function properly after the warranty period has expired?

All our machines are covered by a lifetime technical warranty, where we will always help you fix any problems on your machine. We offer on-site pinball machine repairs through independent technicians located throughout the country we can even arrange to come and have a look at it for you.

Can I send payments by wire transfer or cryptocurrency?

We accept wire and cryptocurrency transfer. For cryptocurrency payments, we accept only Bitcoin and Ethereum. Details are available on request.

Where are you located?

We have warehouse and shops in Calea Griviței 395, București 010722, Romania.

How long does it takes for a pinball machine to arrive after the order has been confirmed and shipped?

Once an order is shipped, in transit times vary depending on delivery type chosen at checkout and the location of where the game(s) are being delivered. Curbside deliveries typically take anywhere from 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Inside deliveries typically take 2-3 weeks, but occasionally remote locations can be longer. Tracking details are sent to customers when games ship.

What is Pinball Huis's policy on modifications to the terms and conditions?

Pinball Huis reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Can Pinball Huis terminate my access to their website or services?

Yes, Pinball Huis may terminate your access to their website or services at any time for any reason without notice.

I've got my machine home and I just can't get on with it, what can I do now I've got it home?

We offer a 14-day exchange plan (subject to the machine not having more than the maximum number of games on it, or it being a special order) where we will exchange it for a game of the same value or (if you wish to pay extra) more.

Do you sell unrestored pinball machines cheap?

NO, we will do not sell “as-is” or “unrestored” machines, we will only sell premium quality restored machines and new machines.

Do you rent pinball machines?

No. We do not rent out pinball machines.

Do you accept pre-orders on pinball machines?

Yes. Occasionally high demand new in box games are not in stock for quite some time. Games available for pre-order are clearly stated on the game specific page under “Lead Time.” Typically, we take a $500 or $1,000 refundable deposit for pre-orders. Once the game is in stock and ready to ship, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions regarding pre-orders.

What are the most popular games for home use?

It varies according to taste, theme and when a new model is released.

Do you offer financing?

No. We do not. But we are considering to offer commercial lease/finance options through a third party company.
